You can check in from 3pm – 10pm on the day of arrival and checkout any time before 11am, we can subject to availability offer an early check in from Midday for an early check in fee of £20, we can also offer a late check out for those of us who love a lie in, you can extend your checkout till 1pm for £20.

Please note if your key card is not returned to the front reception desk by 11AM on check out there will be a fee of £10. 

Upon checking out, please leave your room key in the key box on the reception desk, if you require a VAT Invoice, please take one of our business cards and send us an email, we will action this within 1 working day for you.

Once you arrive at the hotel, please drive through the archway leading to our car park and once you enter the building, please ensure you register your vehicle with reception, parking is included in your room rate.

Upon booking with us here at the Kings Arms Hotel, you accept the terms and conditions outlined on the booking platform but for quick reference the following rules apply:

•           We are a non-smoking hotel, we have a smoking area at the front of the hotel and at the rear of the building, we are an old hotel and have a very advanced Fire Alarm System therefore anyone caught smoking in the room will be fined up to £150 and reported to the booking platform used which can place a ban on you using that platform again
  

•          We are a hotel therefore we expect some noise, however, please be aware of others in the hotel and after 11pm lets try and keep the noise to a minimum.
