Exceptional.

Very good. Big, comfy bed, good wardrobe and dressing table. Allowed us to have an early check in, opened the bar so we could have a drink and friendly staff!

Exceptional Location, Hospitality, Facilities

This will be a very good place to stay when it is up and running completely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. The hotel was very central to Bicester with lots of parking. Obviously the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment under new ownership. It will be nice when they can staff the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. Unfortunately we didn’t have a good sleep because our room backed on to the Main Street and market square. We were disturbed by a group of rowdy people the police did arrive eventually. I know the hotel cannot help this but perhaps there would be some sort of sound insulating solution - hard with sash windows I realise.

Pleasant location. Not enough facilities.
